CreatorStead Privacy Policy
CreatorStead by Noetic
Effective date: October 9, 2026
1. Who we are
CreatorStead (creatorstead.com) is operated by Noetic Talent Agency LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("Noetic," "we," "us," "our"). You can reach us at nate.s@noetictalentagency.com (see Section 15).
This policy explains what personal information we collect through CreatorStead, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. If you have questions, email us at nate.s@noetictalentagency.com.
2. Who this policy covers
CreatorStead is open to creators worldwide and has three kinds of users:
- Creators — people who build a creator profile, use our free tools, and may apply for paid campaigns.
- Brand members — people who manage a brand's profile and campaigns.
- Noetic admins — Noetic staff who run the platform.
This policy also covers people whose public information we use to pre-create a creator profile before they sign up (see Section 5).
3. Age requirements and minors
- You must be at least 16 years old to use CreatorStead. CreatorStead is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If we learn that a user is under 16, we will delete their account and personal information. If you believe a child under 16 has given us information, contact us at nate.s@noetictalentagency.com.
- Users aged 16 or 17 may use CreatorStead only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
- Paid campaigns for users under 18. Before a user under 18 takes part in a paid campaign, a parent or legal guardian must agree to the Terms of Service and the payment arrangements on the user's behalf. In that case we may collect the parent or guardian's name, contact details, and confirmation of consent, and payouts, invoices, and tax forms may be issued in the parent or guardian's legal name or the creator's legal name, as required.
4. Information we collect
4.1 Account and sign-in information
We do not use passwords. You sign in with Google or Discord. When you do, that service shares basic account information with us, such as your name, email address, account ID, and profile picture. We use this to create and secure your account. We do not receive your Google or Discord password.
4.2 Creator profile and media kit
If you are a creator, you can add:
- your name, profile image, and bio
- topics and games you cover
- the platforms you are on and links to selected content
- optional, self-reported audience statistics with an "as of" date
- a business contact method you choose to display
Your media kit is private until you publish it. Once you publish it, anyone with the link (and anyone who visits the public page) can see the information in it. You can edit or unpublish it at any time.
4.3 Content experiment tracker
Our experiment tracker is a private tool for you alone. It stores what you enter, such as titles, hypotheses, post URLs, dates, manually entered metrics, and notes. This information is not public and is never shared with brands. Noetic does not view your tracker data, except as needed to provide support at your request, to keep the platform secure, or to comply with the law.
4.4 Paid-access applications
To join paid campaigns, creators submit a separate application that Noetic reviews. It may include qualification information, links to your platforms, and screenshots of your analytics. We also keep a record of your application status (under review, info needed, approved, or declined) and of any eligibility or participation decisions for individual campaigns.
4.5 Campaign activity
When you take part in a campaign, we collect the offers you accept, the links to posts you submit, our verification results, view counts we measure, and the earnings calculated under that campaign's rules.
4.6 Invoice and payment details
Before we pay you, you submit an invoice in the app. It includes:
- your legal name (or, for a creator under 18, the parent or guardian's legal name where required)
- your address (optional)
- your payment method (ACH or Other)
- for ACH: account holder name, bank name, routing number, account number, and account type
How we protect these details:
- Only Noetic admins can see them. Brands cannot.
- Every time an admin views them, that access is recorded in an audit log.
- We delete your bank details once the payout is marked paid or cancelled. We do not keep them on file for future payouts.
- We make payments outside the app (for example, through our bank).
After bank details are deleted, we keep a record of each payout (payee legal name, amount, date, and campaign) for accounting and tax purposes. We may also ask for a tax form such as a W-9 when required (see Section 10).
4.7 Messages and notifications
CreatorStead includes on-platform messaging: campaign threads and a general "Message Noetic" thread. Message threads are only between you and Noetic. Brands cannot read message threads. We store these messages and send in-app notifications. Noetic admins read and respond to message threads to run campaigns, provide support, and enforce our Terms.
4.8 Brand information
Noetic may create a brand profile and send a one-time claim link to a brand contact's email address. When a brand member claims and uses the profile, we collect their name, email, the brand they represent, and the campaign information they manage.
4.9 Admin audit logs
We log actions taken by Noetic admins (for example, changes to accounts, campaigns, or payouts, and views of payment details). These logs may include information about the user affected by the action.
4.10 Technical information
Like most websites, our hosting and database providers automatically process technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and request logs, to deliver the site, keep it secure, and fix problems.
5. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- create and secure your account and sign you in
- show your media kit publicly, only if you publish it
- run the experiment tracker for you
- review paid-access applications and campaign eligibility
- obtain and record parent or guardian permission for users under 18
- run campaigns: share offers, verify posts, measure views, calculate earnings, and settle campaigns
- process invoices and pay creators
- send messages, in-app notifications, and transactional emails (such as claim links, sign-in or account notices, and campaign or payout updates)
- provide support
- prevent fraud, invalid views, and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service
- keep audit records and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
6. Pre-created ("claimable") creator profiles
Noetic may create a creator profile before a creator signs up, using publicly available information such as name, social media handles, and public bio.
- Unclaimed profiles are never public. A pre-created profile is not visible to the public unless and until the creator claims it and chooses to publish a media kit.
- Claim links are shared directly. Noetic sends the claim link directly to the creator (for example, by email or direct message, using contact details the creator has made public). Claim links are never published.
If we created a profile about you:
- you can claim it and then edit, publish, or unpublish it, or
- you can ask us to remove it at any time by emailing nate.s@noetictalentagency.com, and we will delete it.
We rely on our legitimate interest in connecting creators with brand opportunities to create these profiles. You can object at any time.
7. How we share information
We share personal information only as follows:
- Brands in a campaign. Brand members can see campaign-related creator information and submissions, such as your profile, the content links you submit, and verified view counts and results for their campaign. Brands do not see your invoice or bank details, your experiment tracker, or your message threads.
- The public. Only what you choose to publish in your media kit.
- Service providers that help us run CreatorStead, under contracts that limit their use of the data:
- Vercel — website hosting
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
- Google and Discord — sign-in
- Google (Google Workspace) — transactional email, acting as our service provider
- Legal and safety reasons. When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of users, Noetic, or others.
- Business transfers. If Noetic is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that deal, subject to this policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Where data is stored. Our hosting and infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase, and Google) may store and process your information in the United States.
8. Cookies
We use only cookies that are essential for the site to work:
- Sign-in and session cookies to keep you signed in.
- A preview-access cookie that lets authorized people view preview areas of the site.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools, including advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. If we ever add them, we will update this policy first and ask for consent where the law requires.
9. How long we keep information
- Account data (profile, media kit, tracker, messages) is kept while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (described below).
- Bank and payment details are deleted once the related payout is marked paid or cancelled.
- Payout records (payee legal name, amount, date, and campaign) are kept after bank details are deleted.
- Financial, tax, and payout records are kept for 7 years after the related payout or tax year.
- Audit logs are kept for 7 years.
- Backups may keep data for a short time before it is overwritten.
We may also keep information longer if required by law or needed to resolve a dispute or investigate fraud.
10. Taxes
Creators are paid as independent contractors. When required, we will ask for a W-9 (or similar form) and issue a Form 1099. For a creator under 18, tax forms may be completed in the parent or guardian's legal name or the creator's legal name, as required. We keep tax records for 7 years.
11. Security
We protect information with measures such as:
- sign-in only through Google or Discord (no passwords stored by us)
- access controls so payment details are visible only to Noetic admins
- audit logging of admin actions and of every view of payment details
- deleting bank details once a payout is completed or cancelled
- encryption in transit (HTTPS) and the security controls of our hosting and database providers
No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.
12. Your choices
- Media kit: publish, edit, or unpublish at any time.
- Profile and tracker: edit or delete your entries at any time.
- Account deletion: request deletion at nate.s@noetictalentagency.com. We will delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as tax and payout records).
- Emails: transactional emails are part of the service and cannot be turned off while your account is active.
13. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know and access the personal information we hold about you
- correct inaccurate information
- delete your information
- receive a copy of your information in a portable format
- object to or restrict certain processing
- not be discriminated against for exercising your rights
To make a request, email nate.s@noetictalentagency.com. We will verify your identity (usually by confirming the email on your account) and respond within the time the law requires. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.

In the past 12 months we collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email, account IDs, handles); customer records (legal name, address, bank details); commercial information (campaign participation and earnings); internet activity (technical logs); professional information (creator platforms, audience stats); and the content of messages you send on CreatorStead.
- Sources: you; a parent or guardian (for users under 18); Google or Discord at sign-in; public sources (for pre-created profiles); and our own measurement of campaign views.
- Purposes: the purposes in Section 5.
- Disclosures: to the recipients in Section 7, for business purposes.
- Sale and sharing: we do not sell or share personal information, including of anyone under 16.

You have the rights to know, delete, correct, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
13.2 EEA, UK, and Swiss residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)

When we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the United States, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent safeguards for UK and Swiss data) or another lawful transfer mechanism. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards.
